Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage client interactions, coordinate cleaning job bookings, and oversee lead generation efforts while fostering team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure clients are confirmed for their scheduled cleaning appointments by calling them at least 24 hours in advance
- Communicate with cleaning technicians regarding their daily schedules and respond to all lead generation inquiries promptly
- Develop and send email campaigns to maintain customer engagement and convert one-time cleans to maintenance services
Required qualifications
- Experience managing social media channels, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Familiarity with tools such as Tawk.to, Canva, and Adobe
- Organizational skills and resourcefulness in managing multiple tasks
- Marketing or branding experience is a plus
- Able to commit to a 40-hour work week
