Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will assist clients through LiveChat and ticketing systems while ensuring exceptional customer service without performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients via LiveChat and tickets, providing technical support and guidance
- Maintain a manageable workload to ensure high-quality customer service
- Continuously improve technical skills to enhance support capabilities
Required qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of experience in the web hosting industry
- Intimate knowledge of cPanel/WHM
- Experience troubleshooting Linux servers and applications (CentOS, CloudLinux)
- Familiarity with standard web hosting services (PHP, MySQL, FTP, DNS, sFTP, SSH, mod_sec)
- Experience with WordPress and other open-source CMSs is preferred
