Job Summary

To support customer engagement in a remote contract role, the Customer Service Representative will provide assistance related to sales, maintain records of customer interactions, and process purchase orders while working 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, and communications
  • Engage with customers promptly and professionally to foster positive relationships
  • Document inquiries and transactions in Salesforce and manage incoming emails for customer service tasks
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Proficiency in email communication and basic computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to work occasional Sundays and mandatory overtime when fully trained
