Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Customer Service Representative will engage with customers over the phone and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while working remotely and requiring availability for one weekend day each week.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to address questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Handle Tier 2 escalation calls and chats, taking ownership of issues and providing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High-speed internet and an Ethernet port
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and TEAMS
  • Experience with CRM or order management tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work one weekend day and some holidays as needed
