Job Summary

Working remotely, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing assistance and scheduling support during a part-time shift from 4 AM PST to 10 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, adhering to established guidelines
  • Schedule and reschedule C&P exam appointments while confirming necessary details
  • Provide support related to the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
