Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing assistance, scheduling, and ensuring accurate documentation while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, scheduling and rescheduling C&P exam appointments
- Provide support related to the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow Standard Operating Procedures for each interaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Fluency in English, with clear verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities for common technical issues
