Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, provide assistance with the program process, and document interactions accurately using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule or reschedule C&P exam appointments
  • Provide support related to the program process and navigate the Veteran-facing portal
  • Document interactions in the CRM system and follow established guidelines for inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
