Job Summary

Empathetic and patient-focused, the full-time Customer Service Representative will work remotely to respond to customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and insurance questions, and provide solutions to patient needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests using excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Research customer issues to find workable solutions and assist with scheduling appointments and medication requests
  • Identify customer needs to build trust and confidence while learning new products and projects
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment
  • General knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
  • Flexible with work schedule
