Job Summary

Fluent in English and either French, German, or Turkish, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage customer queries via email and live chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing and resolving a high volume of customer queries in a timely manner
  • Logging technical issues and providing appropriate solutions to customer complaints
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and escalating complex cases to management when necessary
Required qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, German, or Turkish
  • Good typing speed with a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Experience using Zendesk is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interest in digital services and new technologies
