Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing information and support to customers, dealers, agents, and repair facilities while ensuring a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining strong service levels
- Answer questions about coverage, contracts, and claims from various stakeholders
- Resolve customer issues or route inquiries to the appropriate department as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Ability to navigate computer systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
