Job Summary
Working remotely in various states, the full-time Customer Service Representative will respond to 60-80 incoming calls daily regarding home delivery pharmacy and benefits, while maintaining flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pharmacy services and benefits
- Document required information accurately in computer systems while actively listening to customers
- Occasionally make outbound calls for follow-ups with customers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance and appear on camera
