Job Summary

Working remotely in various states, the full-time Customer Service Representative will respond to 60-80 incoming calls daily regarding home delivery pharmacy and benefits, while maintaining flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pharmacy services and benefits
  • Document required information accurately in computer systems while actively listening to customers
  • Occasionally make outbound calls for follow-ups with customers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance and appear on camera
