Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters and policyholders, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative will manage temporary housing requests and provide compassionate support to families during challenging times, with a hybrid work arrangement available after a training period.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters requesting temporary housing services
  • Receive and process hotel and temporary housing requests while managing a high volume of communications
  • Accurately document claim activity and customer interactions in Salesforce and coordinate with internal departments for timely claim handling
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or greater
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn multiple systems quickly
