Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters and policyholders, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative will manage temporary housing requests and provide compassionate support to families during challenging times, with a hybrid work arrangement available after a training period.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters requesting temporary housing services
- Receive and process hotel and temporary housing requests while managing a high volume of communications
- Accurately document claim activity and customer interactions in Salesforce and coordinate with internal departments for timely claim handling
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or greater
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn multiple systems quickly
