Job Summary

To support a growing Member Care team, the remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound member inquiries, provide excellent service, and build positive relationships with members to enhance their healthcare experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries regarding products and services
  • Provide timely and positive customer service to members
  • Build rapport with members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable experience
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance (preferred)
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills
