Job Summary
To support a growing Member Care team, the remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound member inquiries, provide excellent service, and build positive relationships with members to enhance their healthcare experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries regarding products and services
- Provide timely and positive customer service to members
- Build rapport with members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or insurance (preferred)
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills
