Job Summary

To facilitate vehicle release communications, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage interactions with body shops, impound facilities, and internal partners while maintaining key performance indicators for call metrics and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound and inbound communications to secure vehicle release authorizations
  • Coordinate release processes for timely transport readiness of vehicles assigned to the company
  • Maintain accurate records through system updates and documentation of communications
Required qualifications:
  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role and/or call center preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in office equipment and MS Suite
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
