Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative 1 will engage with members and providers to resolve complex health insurance inquiries, ensuring accurate information delivery and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions while ensuring compliance with company standards
- Provide detailed explanations regarding eligibility, policy benefits, and claims processes to enhance customer understanding
- Promote self-service tools to customers, optimizing their experience and encouraging efficient issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM EST
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and understanding of technology
- Exceptional attendance record required with no absences for the first 60 days of employment
