Job Summary
To provide exceptional support to healthcare partners and patients, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns, averaging 50-60 calls per day
- Provide detailed notes and follow-up information in the CRM during each call
- Research and respond to inquiries using internal systems and escalate as necessary
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency using Microsoft Windows and applications such as Outlook and Word
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
- Experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred
- High-speed home internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
