Job Summary
To support patients in resolving healthcare billing concerns, the fully remote Customer Service Representative will assist with billing issues, handle inbound calls, and document customer interactions while meeting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting patients with billing issues and setting up payment plans
- Handling inbound calls from patients regarding their bills
- Documenting customer complaints and interactions in the appropriate systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Must pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
