Job Summary
To support a growing Member Care team, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats from members regarding healthcare services, ensuring a positive experience while building rapport and addressing their needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries related to Sidecar Health's products and services
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner
- Build rapport with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or insurance is preferred
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills
