Job Summary

To support a growing Member Care team, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats from members regarding healthcare services, ensuring a positive experience while building rapport and addressing their needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries related to Sidecar Health's products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner
  • Build rapport with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance is preferred
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills
