Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support customer relations, the contract Customer Service Representative will provide remote assistance related to sales, installations, and communications while maintaining good customer relations and resolving claims effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service related to sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws
• Develop initiatives to inform and educate customers based on feedback and surveys

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles
• Basic understanding of customer service routines and procedures
• Ability to follow well-defined procedures and guidelines
