Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing support to members in need, the full-time Customer Service Representative will make inbound and outbound calls to assist individuals in locating community resources for social needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to members to assist with locating resources for food, utilities, housing, and finances
• Provide timely follow-up and display empathy while addressing member needs
• Utilize multiple systems and monitors to manage member interactions effectively

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with proven skills
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products and multitasking between applications
• Ability to access a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet with the capability to connect via ethernet
• High school diploma or equivalent
