Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, deliver one-call resolutions, and document requests while working remotely in a positive, employee-friendly culture.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide clear, accurate information based on program requirements
- Document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through training to ensure effective customer service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes
