Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing remote customer service support, the contract Customer Service Representative will manage sales inquiries, resolve customer complaints in accordance with consumer laws, and develop initiatives to educate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer services related to sales, promotions, and installations
• Resolve customer claims and complaints effectively while maintaining good relations
• Develop initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers based on feedback

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles
• Basic understanding of customer service routines and procedures
