Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to child support customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolution for customer concerns
- Accurately document requests, status changes, and grievances in the system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of support programs through ongoing training
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and AVAYA phone systems
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to pass a background check and sit for long periods
