Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative in Billing & Enrollment will address customer inquiries regarding complaints, account questions, and billing issues while ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely account notations while utilizing call tracking databases
• Ensure service delivery meets established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Health Insurance (Affordable Care Act)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts as required by operational needs
