Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the SCA Customer Service Representative will manage appointment scheduling, respond to inquiries regarding service fulfillment, and assist with health assessment processing while maintaining sensitivity to military culture.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule medical and dental services according to customer availability and contract guidelines
• Resolve inquiries and issues related to appointment scheduling and service completion in a timely manner
• Identify and assist with potential behavioral health situations following specific protocols

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to attend 100% of training for 8 weeks during specified hours
