Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Supporting various HR-related functions, the temporary remote Customer Service Representative will provide consultation and support on employee benefits, payroll, and talent acquisition while managing inquiries through phone, chat, or case submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service consultation on HR-related topics to employees and external inquiries
• Handle and resolve requests related to employee benefits, payroll, and other HR functions
• Meet key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction and First Contact Resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or benefits support
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and HR software; previous Workday experience is a plus
