Job Summary
Providing compassionate support to patients and healthcare partners, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and ensure a positive experience throughout the ambulatory cardiac monitoring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound phone support to patients using ambulatory cardiac monitoring devices, guiding them through device placement and troubleshooting
- Serve as a contact for clinics and healthcare staff regarding device orders and patient status, providing timely updates and follow-up communication
- Accurately document patient interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal quality requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or patient-support environment preferred
- Comfort working with patients over the phone, including those who may be anxious or frustrated
- Proficiency with computer systems, EMR/CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance expectations
