Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Working part-time every other Saturday and Sunday, the Customer Service Representative will manage patient communications, resolve issues, and record care information within the Electronic Medical Record while operating remotely in Ohio.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer calls by greeting patients and actively listening to their issues
- Follow protocols for recording and delivering messages, verifying patient information, and canceling appointments as requested
- Page individual Providers and perform other clerical duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate phone systems, computers, and related business equipment
- Availability to work every other Saturday and Sunday, including holidays, during specified hours
