Job Summary
Working remotely on a 6-month contract, the Customer Service Representative will serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor by engaging with fans across social platforms and providing insights and recommendations to enhance consumer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses
- Monitor and maintain response rates and established goals across social channels
