Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, the full-time remote position will assist clients throughout their matchmaking journey by managing relationships, selecting matches, and providing ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with managing client relationships and understanding their preferences for tailored matchmaking services
• Coordinate and present high-quality matches that align with client expectations
• Balance daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support and engagement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• 2+ years of remote work experience
• Experience managing high call volume and client accounts
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
