Job Summary
Detail-oriented and professional, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
- Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange transport and assist with personal item removal
- Maintain accurate notes in the system regarding vehicle interactions and meet daily performance goals
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
