Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle member inquiries and provide value-driven conversations to prevent subscription cancellations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming member calls, emails, live chat, and SMS text queues within SLA goals
- Process daily orders, refunds, cancellations, and adjustments to member accounts
- Achieve assigned retention goals by saving members from canceling subscriptions
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service and retention experience
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn new products and applications
- Prior up-selling/cross-selling experience is a plus
