Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle member inquiries and provide value-driven conversations to prevent subscription cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming member calls, emails, live chat, and SMS text queues within SLA goals
  • Process daily orders, refunds, cancellations, and adjustments to member accounts
  • Achieve assigned retention goals by saving members from canceling subscriptions
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated customer service and retention experience
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to learn new products and applications
  • Prior up-selling/cross-selling experience is a plus
