Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers, input data, and provide high level of customer service
  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and email
  • Use computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
