Job Summary
A company is looking for a Work From Home Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer technical inquiries and troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, networking, and host computer OS and applications
- Listen and respond to customer needs, concerns, requests, and complaints
