Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work From Home Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer technical inquiries and troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, networking, and host computer OS and applications
  • Listen and respond to customer needs, concerns, requests, and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services, maintain positive and professional customer relationships, and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Extended computer user skills and basic IT knowledge
  • Experience in customer-facing environments and passion for customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to different audiences, and manage time efficiently
  • Professional and/or personal technical troubleshooting experience and curiosity for technology
