Supporting a nationwide network of insurance agents, the full-time Customer Service Representative, Auto Insurance will deliver timely assistance through phone, email, and chat while managing policy inquiries and documentation in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Communicate effectively with agents and carriers across multiple channels while navigating various systems
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining high standards of service delivery and documentation management
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-motivation
  • Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues related to remote work
