Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve enrollment reports and eligibility issues by following policies and guidelines
- Communicate with newly enrolled members and provide necessary literature and information
- Review and resolve claims issues while providing support to member and provider services staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service required
