Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve enrollment reports and eligibility issues by following policies and guidelines
  • Communicate with newly enrolled members and provide necessary literature and information
  • Review and resolve claims issues while providing support to member and provider services staff
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service required
