Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I - Enrollment/Call Queue Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding provider enrollment, compliance, and scheduling
  • Create call logs and update the status of supporting documents for provider applications
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and other related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or GED
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years paid experience or 36 months with relevant experience
  • Experience in provider monitoring, Medicaid billing, or provider training
  • Experience in a health-related program addressing special populations
