Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I - Enrollment/Call Queue Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls regarding provider enrollment, compliance, and scheduling
- Create call logs and update the status of supporting documents for provider applications
- Assist with scheduling appointments and other related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years paid experience or 36 months with relevant experience
- Experience in provider monitoring, Medicaid billing, or provider training
- Experience in a health-related program addressing special populations
