Key Responsibilities
  • Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
  • Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients
  • Process emergency or catastrophe event FNOL
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required
  • 1-2 years of face-to-face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shifts between 11 AM and 11 PM
