Key Responsibilities
- Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
- Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients
- Process emergency or catastrophe event FNOL
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- 1-2 years of face-to-face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience
- Strong computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts between 11 AM and 11 PM
