- Update billing information, establish payment plans, and resolve payment inquiries
- Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Experience in a call center or high-volume communication environment
- Ability to report to an on-site location within 1 hour in case of power/internet loss
