  • Update billing information, establish payment plans, and resolve payment inquiries
  • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Experience in a call center or high-volume communication environment
  • Ability to report to an on-site location within 1 hour in case of power/internet loss
