Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing service issues and concerns
  • Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, or text, and provide information regarding products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process requests for new accounts, disputes, and refunds
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate the Windows operating system
  • Ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute
