Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing service issues and concerns
- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, or text, and provide information regarding products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records and process requests for new accounts, disputes, and refunds
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate the Windows operating system
- Ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute
