Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum six (6) months of customer service or call center experience
  • Must be able to work from home and comply with remote working policies
  • Experience with PC, MS Word, and Outlook is required
  • Flexibility to work alternate schedules, including holidays and weekends
