Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II (Adjudication).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, input, and adjudicate claims accurately in compliance with program specifications
  • Research and resolve escalated and complex claim issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain and document all claimant information and communications in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with electronic data management between various environments
  • Prior experience with PHI or HIPAA preferred
  • 2+ years of college preferred
