Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II (Adjudication).
Key Responsibilities
- Review, input, and adjudicate claims accurately in compliance with program specifications
- Research and resolve escalated and complex claim issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and document all claimant information and communications in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with electronic data management between various environments
- Prior experience with PHI or HIPAA preferred
- 2+ years of college preferred
