Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates professionally and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries through various channels
  • Handles complex customer issues that tier 1 support cannot resolve and provides backup support as needed
  • Identifies and reports recurring issues to leadership while adhering to company policies and updating customer records accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service support center environment, or 1+ years with the company
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers and mobile devices, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
