Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates professionally and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Handles complex customer issues that tier 1 support cannot resolve and provides backup support to the offshore team
- Updates customer records accurately and identifies recurring issues to report to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service support center environment
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Comprehensive knowledge of computers and mobile devices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
