Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates professionally and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Handles complex customer issues that tier 1 support cannot resolve and provides backup support to the offshore team
  • Updates customer records accurately and identifies recurring issues to report to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service support center environment
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers and mobile devices
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
