Job Summary
Customer Service Representative II is a full-time remote position responsible for providing customer service support for the CDC INFO program through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for routine inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer issues
- Offer feedback on call trends and assist in improving processes and training
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six months of customer service experience
- Must be able to work from home and comply with remote working policies
- Experience with PC and Microsoft Office applications is required
- Must have a personal computer or laptop that meets specified requirements
- Flexibility to work alternate schedules, including occasional holidays and weekends
