Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service for routine inquiries via multiple channels
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Experience with PC, MS Word, and Outlook is required
  • Must complete a Customer Service assessment successfully
  • Ability to work from home and comply with remote working policies
  • Must possess a smartphone and a webcam for training and meetings
