Job Summary

Providing customer support for the CDC INFO program, the full-time temporary Customer Service Representative II will assist with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while utilizing personal equipment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service for routine inquiries and problems across multiple communication channels
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking inquiries and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide knowledgeable responses regarding CDC public health information and assist with scheduling vaccine appointments
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least six months of customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to work from home and comply with remote working policies and requirements
  • Proficiency in using a PC, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Must have a private workspace and meet specified internet connectivity requirements
