Job Summary

Providing superior customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will manage electronic claims coordination, handle eligibility inquiries, and ensure first call resolution while meeting established call center metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinates claims electronically and via telephone while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
  • Documents customer interactions in the CRM system and meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals
  • Mentors and trains other Customer Service Representatives as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred
  • 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs while assisting customers
  • Experience with electronic data maneuvering between various environments
