Job Summary
Providing essential customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution while working remotely from various states.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first call resolution and educate callers through accurate information exchange
- Document and follow up on customer inquiries, routing issues to the appropriate departments as necessary
- Maintain compliance with Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements while handling sensitive information
Required qualifications
