Job Summary

Providing personalized service to participants of Structured Settlements, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will respond to inquiries via phone, mail, or fax, ensuring high-quality assistance and follow-up while working independently in Amarillo, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through recorded phone lines and written correspondence
  • Research and analyze customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Assist in completing paperwork for various benefit transactions and process participant change requests
Required qualifications
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in insurance, particularly with annuity products
  • Some college education preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
