Job Summary
Providing personalized service to participants of Structured Settlements, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will respond to inquiries via phone, mail, or fax, ensuring high-quality assistance and follow-up while working independently in Amarillo, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through recorded phone lines and written correspondence
- Research and analyze customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Assist in completing paperwork for various benefit transactions and process participant change requests
Required qualifications
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in insurance, particularly with annuity products
- Some college education preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
